The new life of the oldest scientific centre of Tuva

In the article under consideration the reader deals with information about web page of the Tuvan Institute for Humanitarian Research funded by the Government of Tuva Republic. There is a description of the lay-out of the web page as well as main directions in scientific research done by the Institute. The users-to-be are invited to discussions and disputes on the most urgent issues to work out joint projects.References
