Abstract

Article is based on the author’s report at the science and practice conference "Russia and Tuva: 60 years united”, which had been devoted in 2004 to the 60thanniversary of Tuva joining the Russian Federation and 90thanniversary of establishing Kyzyl. Historical review and conclusions are still actual in our days.
