Abstract

In the article under consideration the reader deals with information about web page of the Tuvan Institute for Humanitarian Research funded by the Government of Tuva Republic. There is a description of the lay-out of the web page as well as main directions in scientific research done by the Institute. The users-to-be are invited to discussions and disputes on the most urgent issues to work out joint projects.
