Formation of Tuvan intelligency by promotion and rootisation of cadres

20th century made considerable changes in the life of the people of Tuva making them pass in a short historical period the way from medievalism to modern civilization, from vassalage to establishing of their own state - the People's Republic of Tuva.
A new understanding of Tuva's history as a whole and in the framework of problem of studying the history of forming of Tuvan professional people (intelligency) in particular is a topical problem of today. It is necessary to revalue from the new points of view the historical past of Tuva's intelligency and to give the objective analysis of their forming.
