"Eurasian values", spiritual and cultural heritage of the "nomadic" civilization and the problems of frontier security of Russia

In connection with a problem of the Euroasian values the big urgency is got by questions of revealing of the ethnogeographical, historical and genetic center of forming of a “nomadic” civilisation as a complex of civilisational, economic-cultural and spiritual-religious phenomenon. In modern geopolitical conditions it is necessary to develop such a cultural-educational strategy of Russia which would allow cooperation with cultural heritage of neighboring civilisations with the least losses for national security.References
