Arzhan-1 barrow in the Center of Asia (geopolitical and astronomical aspects)

Archaeological, geodetic and astronomical researches of the Arzhan-1 barrow show that it is not only difficult sepulchral object, but also peculiar "world model" (mandala) of ancient nomads of the Central Asia. The monument dates from the 8th century BC - one of the brightest critical periods in a political, economic and cultural history of the ancient nomadic people of the Euroasian steppe.References
