Abstract

In 1970's and 1980's during the Soviet period a powerful agriculture has been generated in Kyrgyzstan, employing the main part of rural population of the country and creating a necessary infrastructure. This later derived difficulties of agricultural population of Kyrgyzstan (65% of all inhabitants of the country) during a transitional period to market economy.
