Abstract

Article is based on the author’s report at the science and practice conference "Russia and Tuva: 60 years united”, which had been devoted in 2004 to the 60^thanniversary of Tuva joining the Russian Federation and 90^thanniversary of establishing Kyzyl. Historical review and conclusions are still actual in our days.
