The rise and development of newspapers in Mongolian language in Tuva (1925-1929)

The article deals with the rise, development and peculiarities of Tuvan newspapers in Mongolian (1925-1929). The study of sources inaccessible before, complex scientific approach made it possible to consider the newspapers in Mongolian as an integrity object. Its development was ensured by inner factors. At the same time it was an subject which had influence of external - ideological and civilization factors, dynamics of its imperforation.References
