History of the statistics in the Republic of Tuva

An article about the history of Tuvan statistics service is prepared basing on the archival materials and memoirs of T.I. Baykara, a head of Statistics Department of the Tuvan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (ASSR) in 1975-1987.
