Formation of local self-government in People’s Republic of Tuva (1921-1944)

The article considers the organization of local self-government in the independent People’s Republic of Tuva. Stages of local self-government’s formation, the forms of its organization and complex, multilevel structure of local government organs, the influence of the Soviet model of local authority are also described.References
