Article presents a short review of a workflow at teaching seminar "Traditional clothes of Tuvans: history and modernity” (Kyzyl, December 3-5, 2013) in Kyzyl Pedagogical College of Tuvan State University. Issues of history, contemporary situation in traditional clothes of Tuvans had been discussed at the seminar.
