Abstract

Article highlights a contribution of Vsevolod Ivanovich Dulov, a well-known Siberian scientist and a teacher, to establishment of historical science and historical education in Eastern Siberia, to the studies of social and economic history of Tuva in XIX — early XX centuries. Devoted to his 100th anniversary.
